Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers seeks a BCBA/BCBA-D to join our Kentucky team. You will oversee ABA programs, design Treatment Plans, supervise staff, and collaborate with families to drive outcomes for children.

Flexible, full-time hours Monday–Friday, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing professional development. You will work in center-based settings across multiple locations, maintaining high standards of care and data-driven progress reporting.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification/ licensure where applicable.
• Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and caregivers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned.
• Achieve hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment targets (average 25 billable hours/week).
• Conduct parent/caregiver training in clinic and home settings.
• Document activities per BACB and funder guidelines.
• Lead and supervise behavior technicians and supervise BACB supervisees.
