Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers in Providence, RI seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programs across center-based settings. You will supervise staff, conduct caregiver training, and ensure ethical, individualized treatment plans aligned with BACB guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA or BCBA-D certification.
• Licensure in states of practice where applicable.
• Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues, direct reports, and caregivers.
• Ability to manage and supervise ABA programs and staff.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment averaging 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct parent training/caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Prepare and update progress reports for clients.
• Oversee ABA programs and supervise RBT hours.
