Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a BCBA to lead and supervise ABA programs across our pediatric therapy centers. You will design treatment plans, conduct assessments, supervise staff, and collaborate with families to promote progress for children with autism.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D Certification required.
• Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment averaging 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct parent training/caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Maintain relationships with parents and conduct caregiver training sessions.
• Ensure programming is ethical and individualized with proper oversight.
• Oversee/monitor ABA programs in center and community settings.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans for assigned clients.
• Update progress reports and oversee/monitor assessments.
• Lead and supervise behavior technicians and supervise RBT hours.
• Stay current with research and best practices.
• Model and fill in for therapy as needed.
• Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community.
• Assist with Initial Assessments and supervise BACB students.
