Bierman Autism Centers is recruiting a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Ohio centers. The role focuses on leading ABA programs, overseeing treatment plans, and supervising behavior technicians while ensuring ethical, individualized client programming and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• BCBA certificaton and licensure; ongoing certification maintenance.
• Licensure in states of practice (where applicable).
• Fingerprint clearance and TB test prior to employment.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Clinical experience in early intervention, precision teaching, and behavior reduction preferred.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues, direct reports, and caregivers.
• Excellent time management with ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate as appropriate.
• Detail oriented and adaptable to team needs.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment equaling an average of 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct parent training/caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Maintain relationships with parents and provide caregiver training monthly.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans for assigned clients.
• Update progress reports for assigned clients.
• Oversee ABA programs including initial and ongoing assessments.
• Direct, lead & supervise behavior technicians and supervise BACB student supervision hours.
• Stay current with research and best practices; model and contribute to the team.
• Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community.
• Assist with Initial Assessments and Interim Care as needed.
