Bierman Autism Centers in Massachusetts is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programs across our center-based therapy locations. You will design and implement Treatment Plans, supervise behavior technicians, and partner with families to promote meaningful progress for children with autism.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification required.
• State licensure in states where practicing.
• Experience in ABA therapy and early intervention preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to supervise RBTs and BACB student supervision.

Responsabilités

• Meet ABA program goals and maintain program integrity.
• Supervise behavior technicians and RBT supervision hours.
• Conduct caregiver training and collaborate with families.
• Oversee programming in center and community settings.
• Update progress reports and supervise assessments.
• Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans (TP).
• Document activities per BACB guidelines and funder rules.
