Bierman Autism Centers is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead clinical programs, supervise staff, and drive outcomes across our centers. The role focuses on meeting hourly and monthly goals, training caregivers, and ensuring ethical, individualized treatment plans in both clinic and community settings.

Applicants should hold a BCBA certification with licensure as applicable, and bring experience in early intervention and behavior reduction.

Qualificações

• Must have BCBA certification and licensure in practicing states.
• Ability to supervise RBTs and provide supervision.
• Experience with early intervention and behavior reduction preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues and caregivers.

Responsabilidades

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization goals averaging 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Maintain relationships with parents and provide caregiver training per client.
• Oversee ABA programs with monitoring and assessment of progress.
