Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers in Ohio is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical programs across our pediatric ABA centers. You will supervise therapists, develop treatment plans, and ensure ethical, individualized programming for our clients.

Responsibilities include alignment with Clinical Directors, parent training, data collection, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D Certification required.
• Licensure in states of practice where applicable.
• Fingerprint clearance and TB test prior to employment may be required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as directed by Clinical Director.
• Achieve hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment targets (avg 25 billable hours/week).
• Provide parent/caregiver training sessions in clinic and home settings.
• Document all activities per BACB guidelines and funder requirements.
• Supervise behavior technicians and oversee RBT supervision hours.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client progress.
