Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers seeks a BCBA to lead clinical programs in our Indiana centers. You will oversee ABA programming, supervise technicians, and ensure ethical, individualized treatment plans aligned with BACB guidelines.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Licensure in states of practice where applicable.
• Experience supervising and training staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization goals averaging 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct caregiver collaboration and parent training as needed.
• Oversee/monitor ABA programs including assessments and progress reports.
• Direct, lead & supervise behavior technicians and supervise RBT hours.
• Maintain data and documentation per BACB guidelines and funding guidelines.
