Job summary

Hopebridge is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our pediatric autism therapy center in Bowling Green, KY. You will design individualized intervention programs, conduct FBAs, and mentor RBTs and junior BCBAs while collaborating with SLPs, OTs, and Psychologists.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• Active BCBA credential in good standing required.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Direct Clinical Care: conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: partner daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to provide holistic care.
• Mentorship & Leadership: supervise RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Administrative tasks: complete POC updates and treatment planning during dedicated work-from-home days.
• Parent & Caregiver Support: train families to ensure consistency across home and clinical settings.

Education

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
