Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programs across our pediatric therapy centers. You will supervise therapists, design and monitor treatment plans, and collaborate with families to maximize outcomes in a dynamic, center-based setting.

Qualifikationen

• BCBA or BCBA-D Certification is required.
• Licensure in states of practice where applicable.
• Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues, direct reports, and caregivers.

Aufgaben

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment of ~25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct parent training/caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Document all activities according to BACB guidelines and funder guidelines.
• Oversee/monitor ABA programs and supervise behavior technicians.
