Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a BCBA to join our team and lead ABA programs across center-based settings. You will design treatment plans, supervise therapists, and collaborate with families to drive progress for children with autism.

Qualificações

• Must be BCBA or BCBA-D certification.
• Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues and caregivers.
• Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment equaling an average of 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct parent training/caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
