Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers in Ohio is seeking a BCBA‑level supervisor to lead ABA programs for pediatric clients. You will oversee treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with families to ensure compassionate, ethical care.

The role emphasizes program integrity, research awareness, and cross-disciplinary teamwork. The position offers full-time hours (Mon–Fri, 8:15am–4:45pm), competitive pay based on qualifications, and comprehensive benefits including 401k and health

Qualifications

BCBA or BCBA-D certification; licensure in practice states.
Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Clinical experience in ABA, early intervention, and behavior reduction preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with MacOS and related software.

Responsibilities

Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment averaging 25 billable hours per week.
Conduct parent training and caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
Develop and oversee Treatment Plans for assigned clients; update progress reports.
