Bierman Autism Centers seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead ABA programs across our Ohio locations. You will oversee treatment plans, supervise therapists, and ensure ethical, individualized programming aligned with BACB guidelines.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification required and licensure in states of practice.
• FingerPrint Clearance Card and TB test prior to employment.
• Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Clinical experience in early intervention, precision teaching, and behavior reduction preferred.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and excellent written/oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment targets (avg 25 billable hours/week).
• Conduct parent/caregiver training in clinic and home settings.
• Maintain relationships with parents and conduct training sessions (≥1 parental training per client per month).
• Ensure ethical, individualized programming and oversee ABA programs with RBT supervision hours.
