Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a BCBA for part-time or full-time, center-based work in Cincinnati, OH. The role involves supervising therapists, designing Treatment Plans, and training caregivers to support children with autism in clinic and home settings.

Qualifications

• Board-certified behavior analyst with active licensure
• Experience with therapy outcomes and program supervision
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment averaging 25 billable hours per week
• Conduct parent/caregiver training in clinic and home settings
• Maintain relationships with parents and conduct caregiver training per client
• Ensure ethical, individualized programming and oversee ABA programs
• Oversee programming in center-based and community settings
• Design and implement Treatment Plans for assigned clients
• Update progress reports for clients
• Supervise behavior technicians and oversee RBT supervision hours
• Stay updated on research and best practices
• Model and cover therapy as needed
• Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community
• Assist with Initial Assessments and BACB supervision as needed
• Document all activities per BACB and funder guidelines
