Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers in Columbus, OH is seeking a part‑time BCBA to join our center‑based ABA team. You will support natural play to teach foundational skills, manage a caseload of 6–8 clients, and help families through caregiver training in clinic and home settings.

You will collaborate with clinicians, supervise staff, and contribute to ongoing research and professional growth while enjoying a comprehensive benefits package and supportive work culture.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and licensure in practice states
• Experience with early intervention and ABA programming
• Ability to supervise RBTs and provide training to staff

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals and assist Clinical Director
• Maintain average 25 billable hours per week across clients
• Conduct caregiver training and collaboration in clinic and home settings
• Design and update Treatment Plans and progress reports
• Oversee ABA programs and supervise therapy staff
• Ensure documentation complies with BACB and funder guidelines
