Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers seeks a BCBA to lead and supervise ABA programs for children with autism across our Ohio centers. You will design treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families in clinic and community settings.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification and licensure in states of practice.
• Clinical experience in early intervention and behavior reduction preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues, direct reports, and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Meet program goals and supervise behavior technicians.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans for assigned clients.
• Update progress reports and oversee ABA programs.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and supervise RBT hours.
