Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a highly qualified BCBA/BCBA-D to supervise ABA programs, design treatment plans, and mentor therapists across our Ohio centers. You will lead client programming, ensure ethical and individualized care, and collaborate with families for home and clinic interventions.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification is required.
• Licensure in states of practice where applicable.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with CentralReach and Tableau.
• Ability to manage deadlines and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment: average 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Maintain relationships with parents and conduct training per client monthly.
• Ensure ethical, individualized programming and oversee ABA programs.
• Oversee/monitor programming in center and community settings.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans and update progress reports.
• Lead and supervise behavior technicians and BACB supervision hours.
• Stay current with research and best practices; participate in clinical demonstrations.
• Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community.
• Assist with initial assessments and supervise BACB students as needed.
