Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise ABA programs in our Indiana centers. This role focuses on delivering high-quality therapy, coordinating with families, and ensuring ethical, individualized client programming.

We offer a full-time, exempt position with a comprehensive benefits package. The centers operate Monday through Friday, 8:15am to 4:45pm, with no travel or weekend requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be BCBA or BCBA‑D certification.
• Licensure in states of practice where applicable.
• Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues, direct reports, and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment averaging 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct parent training/caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
