Job summary

Hopebridge in Collierville, Tennessee, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead individualized interventions for pediatric learners. You will design FBAs, create tailored treatment plans, and mentor clinical staff in a center setting, working closely with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists.

Role offers a competitive total compensation of $74,000–$110,000 with bonuses, plus benefits and professional growth opportunities, and two work-from-home days per month for administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, SPED, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active BCBA credential in good standing is required.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and construct individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Partner daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to provide holistic care.
• Mentor and supervise RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Complete treatment planning and POC updates during dedicated work-from-home days.
• Provide training and support to families to ensure consistency across home and clinical settings.
