Hopebridge in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead pediatric autism therapy within a collaborative, multidisciplinary center. You will design individualized intervention plans, conduct FBAs, mentor clinical staff, and partner daily with SLPs, OTs, and psychologists.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field required.
• Active BCBA credential required.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure required.

Aufgaben

• Direct clinical care: conduct FBAs and construct individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration: partner daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to provide holistic care.
• Mentorship & leadership: supervise RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Administrative flexibility: complete treatment planning and POC updates during WFH days.
• Parent & caregiver support: provide training to families for home- and clinic-based consistency.
