Job summary

Hopebridge in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our center-based team. You will design intervention programs, perform FBAs, and mentor clinical staff in collaboration with SLPs, OTs, and Psychologists.

You will guide RBTs and fellows, participate in ongoing professional development, and contribute to compassionate, evidence-based care for children with autism. Relocation support is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field is required.
• BCBA credential must be active and in good standing.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct Clinical Care: conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: work with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to provide holistic care.
• Mentorship & Leadership: supervise RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Administrative Flexibility: complete treatment planning and POC updates, with WFH days.
• Parent & Caregiver Support: train families to ensure consistency across home and clinic.

Education

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential in good standing

State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice
