Job summary

Hopebridge in the United States is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a multidisciplinary pediatric autism therapy team. You will design individualized intervention plans, conduct FBAs, and mentor clinical staff in a fully equipped center alongside SLPs, OTs, and psychologists.

This role offers a balanced caseload with opportunities for remote administrative work on select days, strong onboarding, ongoing mentorship, competitive compensation, and relocation assistance for

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Collaborate daily with OTs, SLPs, and psychologists to provide holistic care.
• Mentor and supervise RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Complete treatment planning and POC updates during remote work days.
