Job summary

Hopebridge in Knoxville seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our pediatric autism therapy team. You will design individualized intervention plans, conduct FBAs, and work daily with OTs, SLPs, and psychologists to deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care.

You will mentor RBTs and BCBA Fellows, manage treatment plans, and support families with training to ensure consistency across home and clinic. This role offers strong compensation and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Active BCBA credential in good standing.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Direct clinical care: conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists for holistic care.
• Mentor and supervise RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Administrative tasks and plan-of-care updates during work-from-home days.
• Provide training and support to families to ensure consistency across home and clinic.
