Job summary

Hopebridge, a leading provider of pediatric autism therapy, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design individualized intervention programs and conduct FBAs in a center-based setting. You will mentor clinical staff and collaborate daily with SLPs, OTs, and psychologists to deliver evidence-based care for pediatric learners.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active BCBA credential in good standing is required.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct Clinical Care: conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to provide holistic care.
• Mentorship and leadership of RBTs and BCBA Fellows.
• Administrative tasks and plan-of-care updates during WFH days.
• Provide training and caregiver support to ensure consistency across home and clinic.
