Hopebridge in the United States seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver pediatric autism therapy in a center setting. You will design intervention programs, conduct FBAs, and mentor clinical staff while collaborating with SLPs, OTs, and psychologists.

The role offers total compensation of $74,000 to $110,000, 2 work-from-home days per month, relocation assistance, and structured mentorship with ongoing professional development to support growth.

Qualifications

Master's degree in ABA or related field required.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification required.
State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure required.

Responsibilities

Direct clinical care: conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate daily with OTs, SLPs, and psychologists for holistic care.
Mentor and supervise RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
Complete treatment planning and POC updates, including admin tasks during WFH days.
Provide training and support to families to ensure home and clinic consistency.
