Hopebridge, a leading pediatric autism therapy provider, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Memphis-area center. You will design individualized intervention plans, conduct FBAs, and mentor clinical staff as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes collaboration with SLPs, OTs, and Psychologists, maintaining quality care with flexible admin days at home. Competitive compensation and relocation support are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field (Required).
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential in good standing (Required).
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice (Required).

Responsabilités

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and construct individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Partner daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to provide holistic care.
• Guide and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCBA Fellows.
• Complete treatment planning, plan-of-care updates, and administrative tasks during remote days.
• Provide training and support to families to ensure consistency across home and clinical settings.
