Job summary

Hopebridge is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our pediatric autism therapy team. You will design individualized intervention plans, conduct FBAs, and mentor clinical staff within a collaborative center.

Collaborate daily with OTs, SLPs, Psychologists; oversee RBTs and BCBA Fellows; participate in administrative tasks during remote days; relocation support available; Medicaid/financial aid context.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field (Required).
• Active BCBA credential in good standing (Required).
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice (Required).

Responsibilities

• Direct Clinical Care: Conduct FBAs and construct individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to provide holistic care.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and supervise RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Administrative Flexibility: Complete treatment planning, POC updates, and administrative tasks during dedicated work-from-home days.
• Parent & Caregiver Support: Provide training and support to families to ensure consistency across home and clinical settings.
