Job summary

Hopebridge in the United States seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design individualized intervention plans, conduct FBAs, and mentor clinical staff in a center-based setting. You will collaborate daily with SLPs, OTs, and psychologists to deliver evidence-based care for pediatric learners.

This role offers a total compensation range of $70,125–$109,938 plus bonuses, 2 work-from-home days per month for admin work, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth, relocation

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required.
• Active BCBA credential in good standing required.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Direct clinical care: conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Collaborate daily with OTs, SLPs, and psychologists to provide holistic care.
• Mentor and supervise RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
