Job summary

Hopebridge is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our pediatric autism therapy team. You will design individualized intervention plans, conduct FBAs, and mentor clinical staff in a fully equipped center, collaborating daily with OTs, SLPs, and psychologists.

This role offers a competitive compensation range of $74,000–$110,000 total, a hybrid schedule with 2 remote days per month, and structured mentorship and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field (Required).
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice (Required).
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligibility required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct Clinical Care: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and construct individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to provide holistic care tailored to each child's needs.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and supervise RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Administrative Flexibility: Complete treatment planning, updates to plan-of-care (POC), and related admin tasks during dedicated work-from-home days.
• Parent & Caregiver Support: Provide training and support to families to ensure consistency across home and clinical settings.
