Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our center-based program in Ohio. This full-time or part-time role focuses on transforming lives of children with autism through natural play-based instruction and evidence-based ABA therapies.

The position involves supervising therapists, designing treatment plans, and collaborating with families, with opportunities for research and professional growth within a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification and licensure in states of practice.
• Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Clinical experience in early intervention, precision teaching, and behavior reduction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment with an average of 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Maintain relationships with parents and provide caregiver training per client.
• Ensure ethical, individualized programming and oversee ABA programs in center and community settings.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans for assigned clients; update progress reports.
• Oversee/monitor ABA programs and supervision hours for team members.
• Represent Bierman Autism Centers in the community and during interviews.
