Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Columbus, OH centers. The role focuses on delivering high-quality ABA services, supervising staff, and developing treatment plans to drive client progress.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification required and active licensure in states of practice.
• Excellent organization and communication skills; able to train and supervise staff.
• Experience in ABA, early intervention, and behavior reduction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals and hourly/monthly authorization targets.
• Conduct parent/caregiver training and collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Develop and oversee Treatment Plans for assigned clients.
• Supervise behavior technicians and BACB supervision hours.
• Maintain ethical, individualized programming and progress reporting.
