Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a BCBA to lead ABA programs across Ohio centers. You will supervise behavior technicians, design treatment plans, and ensure ethical, individualized client programming.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, researchers, and clinical staff in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. Full-time position with competitive salary ($80,000–$95,000) and comprehensive benefits; no travel required, Monday–Friday hours, and opportunities for tuition

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required for this role.
• Licensure in practicing states where applicable.
• Fingerprint clearance and TB test prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment targets (avg 25 billable hours/week).
• Conduct parent/caregiver training in clinic and home settings when appropriate.
• Maintain relationships with parents and provide caregiver training (at least 1 training per client per month).
• Ensure programming is ethical, individualized, and aligned with BACB guidelines.
