Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services in New York City is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead assessment, design and supervision of ABA programs for children with ASD. The role requires BCBA and LBA credentials, at least one year of supervision experience, strong organization, and a collaborative approach with families, therapists, and educators.

Travel to assigned cases in NYC metro is expected.

Qualifications

• BCBA and LBA credentials are required.
• Minimum of one year of ABA client/teacher supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills and teamwork with families.
• Willingness to travel to cases across NYC metro.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children with ASD and set meaningful goals.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Create functional, observable, and measurable goals for therapists and caregivers.
• Provide at least 10% direct supervision of therapists and give feedback.
• Clinically review session notes to ensure program integrity.
• Analyze data and adjust programs based on results.
• Ensure progress is generalized with caregiver involvement.
• Conduct reassessments twice yearly and summarize progress.
• Maintain confidentiality of families and HIPAA compliance.
