Job summary

Achieve Beyond is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead assessments, design behavior intervention plans, and guide caregivers toward meaningful goals in New York City. The role includes supervising therapy teams, analyzing data, and ensuring programs generalize across settings.

Applicants must hold a Master’s Degree in a relevant field, BCBA and LBA certifications, and have at least one year of ABA supervision experience. Travel to cases in the NYC metro area is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
• BCBA and LBA certification required.
• Minimum of one year of ABA client supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children diagnosed with ASD and develop meaningful goals and treatment plans.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Create functional, observable, and measurable goals for therapists and caregivers.
• Provide direct supervision to behavior therapists (minimum 10%).
• Review session notes and ensure clinical integrity of programs.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Ensure progress is generalized with caregiver involvement.
• Conduct reassessments at least twice per year and summarize progress.
