Job summary

LEARN Behavioral in the United States is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. You will supervise teams, mentor BTs, and deliver person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher required.
• BCBA certification or eligibility to sit BCBA exam within 3 months.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Certification, registration, and/or license as required to deliver behavior treatment.
• Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs) through competency-based training.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for families.
• Analyze data/behavior and make data-based decisions.
• Guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures.
• Ensure program directives from senior clinical team are implemented accurately and timely.
