Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services in Albany, NY seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead assessments, design intervention plans, and supervise therapists. The role emphasizes data-driven practice and caregiver involvement to promote functional outcomes.

Requires BCBA and LBA credentials, a Master’s degree in a related field, and at least one year of supervision. Travel to cases may be necessary; compensation is experience-based.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field as listed.
• BCBA and LBA credentials REQUIRED.
• Minimum of one year of ABA client/teacher field supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children diagnosed with ASD and work with caregivers to create meaningful goals and treatment plans.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Create functional, observable, and measurable goals for behavior therapists and caregivers to implement.
• Provide at least 10% direct supervision of behavioral therapists assigned to cases with feedback.
• Clinically review session notes for assigned therapists.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Ensure progress is generalized with caregiver participation.
• Conduct reassessments at least twice per year and summarize progress.
• Maintain communication with parents and staff; ensure HIPAA compliance.
