Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services in New York City seeks a BCBA/LBA to lead behavioral programs for children with ASD. You will assess, design plans, supervise therapists, and work closely with families in clinic, home, and community settings.

The role emphasizes data-driven practice, confidentiality, and collaboration with a supportive team across ABA, speech, OT, and PT services. Travel to assigned cases is required; a Master’s in a relevant field and BCBA/LBA certification

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Educational/Health/Human Services, or Psychology.
• BCBA and LBA certifications required.
• Minimum of one year of ABA client/teacher field supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children diagnosed with ASD and create goals and treatment plans with caregivers.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Create functional, observable, and measurable goals for therapists and caregivers.
• Provide at least 10% direct supervision of behavioral therapists assigned to cases, with performance feedback.
• Clinically review session notes for assigned therapists.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Ensure progress is generalized; caregivers are active participants in therapy.
• Reassessments at least twice per year with summaries of data and progress.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
• Ensure programs are socially significant, functional, and lead to independence and happiness.
