Job summary

Achieve Beyond is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in New York City to join our team of clinicians serving children with developmental needs. You will assess, design interventions, and supervise therapists while ensuring data-driven progress and client independence.

The role requires BCBA and LBA credentials, a Master’s in Behavior Analysis or related field, and at least one year of ABA supervision experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA and LBA certification required.
• Minimum one year of ABA supervision experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ASD assessments and develop goals with caregivers.
• Design and supervise behavior intervention plans.
• Provide 10% direct supervision to behavior therapists with feedback.
• Review session notes and analyze data for program changes.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality and coordinate with parents and staff.
• Ensure programs are functional and promote independence.
