Applied ABC New York is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the Bronx, NY. The role involves leading ABA programs for autistic learners, writing assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and training staff across multiple schools.

In-person duties require reliable transportation and willingness to travel to office locations. The candidate must hold a BCBA certification, a Master’s degree in ABA or related field, and have experience supervising RBTs/BCaBAs, with HIPAA

Qualifications

• Board-certified Behavior Analyst (BACB)
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Experience supervising RBTs and BCaBA
• US work authorization and reliable transportation
• Willingness to relocate or travel to office location (in person)
• HIPAA compliance knowledge is preferred

Responsibilities

• Write assessment reports with behavior support recommendations
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments
• Develop Behavior Intervention Plans and data collection forms
• Train staff in ABA strategies and monitor implementation
• Collaborate with school teams and families for behavior support
• Participate in IEP meetings and review progress and data
• Supervise BCaBA and RBTs where applicable
• Ensure compliance with BACB standards and HIPAA requirements
