Achieve Beyond in Albany, NY is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for fee-for-service, hourly and/or full-time roles. You will conduct ASD assessments, design intervention plans, set measurable goals, and supervise therapists to ensure clinical integrity of programs.

Requirements include a Master's in a related field, BCBA and LBA certification, and at least one year of ABA supervision. Travel to cases is expected; compensation discussed at interview.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Educational/Health/Human Services or Psychology.
• BCBA and LBA certification are REQUIRED.
• Minimum of one year of ABA client/teacher supervision.
• Must be self-motivated, a team player and maintain professionalism.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Conduct assessments for children diagnosed with ASD and collaborate with caregivers to set goals and plans.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Create functional, observable, and measurable goals for therapists and caregivers.
• Provide at least 10% direct supervision of therapists with skills training and feedback.
• Clinically review session notes for assigned therapists.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Ensure progress generalization with caregiver involvement and training.
• Conduct reassessments at least twice per year and summarize progress.
• Maintain regular communication with parents, therapists, and the office.
• Maintain confidentiality of information in line with HIPAA and regulations.
• Ensure programs are socially significant, functional, and promote independence and happiness.
