Job summary

Achieve Beyond seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our pediatric therapy team in the New York City area. The role involves conducting assessments with children diagnosed with ASD, developing behavior intervention plans, and guiding caregivers to implement measurable goals in home, clinic, and community settings.

You will supervise therapists, review session notes, analyze data, and ensure programs remain clinically sound and ethically compliant.

Qualifications

• Passion for ABA and working with children, families, and therapists.
• Minimum of one year of ABA client/teacher field supervision.
• Must have BCBA and LBA credentials.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children diagnosed with ASD and work with caregivers to create meaningful goals and treatment plans.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Create functional, observable, and measurable goals for behavior therapists and caregivers to implement.
• Provide at least 10% direct supervision of behavioral therapists
• Clinically review session notes on a regular basis for assigned behavior therapists
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes
• Ensure progress is generalized and caregivers are active participants in therapy
• Conduct reassessments at least twice per year and summarize data and progress
• Maintain confidentiality of information per HIPAA and state/federal regulations
• Ensure that programs are socially significant and lead to independence and happiness.
