Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in New Jersey. The role focuses on assessing children with ASD, designing intervention plans, and supervising therapists.

You will communicate with families and maintain program integrity across home, community, and clinic settings. Requirements include a Master’s in Behavior Analysis or related field and BCBA certification, with at least one year of supervision experience.

Qualifications

• Passion for ABA and working with children, families, and therapists.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to assigned cases as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children diagnosed with ASD and collaborate with caregivers on goals and plans.
• Design behavior intervention plans and measurable goals for therapists and caregivers.
• Provide at least 10% direct supervision of therapists with feedback.
• Regularly review session notes to ensure program fidelity.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Ensure progress is generalized; keep caregivers actively involved.
• Conduct reassessments at least twice per year and summarize progress.
• Maintain ongoing communication with parents, therapists, and the office.
• Protect confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal laws.

Education

Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
