Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers in New Albany, IN is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. You will lead and supervise ABA programs, design Treatment Plans, and ensure ethical, individualized client programming across center and community settings.

You will work Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, participate in ongoing professional development, and collaborate with families, clinicians, and support staff. Our compensation includes paid time off and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification required.
• Licensure in states of practice as applicable.
• Strong organization, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Clinical experience in early intervention, precision teaching, and behavior reduction preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to supervise and coach staff and supervise BACB student supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment averaging 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Maintain relationships with parents and provide caregiver training per client.
• Ensure ethical, individualized client programming with proper documentation.
• Oversee ABA programs in center and community settings; supervise RBT hours.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans and update progress reports.
• Monitor and supervise programs; stay current with research and best practices.
• Model and fill in for therapy as needed and promote Bierman within the community.
• Assist with initial assessments and supervise BACB students as needed.
