Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers in the United States is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our center-based team. You will lead ABA programs, supervise staff, and ensure ethical, individualized programming while meeting weekly billable hour goals and treatment plan updates.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification is required.
• Licensure in applicable states is required.
• Ability to supervise and collaborate with staff and families.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization goals averaging 25 billable hours/week.
• Conduct parent/caregiver training in clinic and home settings.
• Lead supervision of behavior technicians and RBTs.
• Design and update Treatment Plans and progress reports.
