Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead ABA programs across our Ohio centers. This exempt, full-time role involves supervising behavior technicians, designing Treatment Plans, and collaborating with families to drive progress for children with autism.

We offer competitive pay ranging from $80,000 to $95,000 USD annually, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities. Work hours are typically Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with on-site centers in Ohio.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification and active licensure in applicable states.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy to children and supervising staff.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with early intervention, precision teaching, and behavior reduction.

Responsabilités

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned.
• Maintain 25 billable hours per week across clinics.
• Lead parent training and caregiver collaboration.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans for clients.
• Supervise behavior technicians and BACB supervisees.
