Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Newark, DE is seeking a BCBA to join our growing team. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload and collaborate with families to adapt treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification verified by BACB.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adults with special needs.
• Proficient with Office 365 apps (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and ABA software.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform related physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data with staff and families, interpret results, adjust treatment plans.
• Supervise by observing, leading team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns and staff.
