Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Moorestown, NJ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. You will deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.

You will regularly review data, adjust individualized treatment plans, and consult with families. The Clinical Manager provides administrative support and caseload assistance to help you focus on delivering quality ABA therapy.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required as verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions.
• Proficiency with Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data collected in sessions with staff and families, interpret results, and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide supervision by observing and having team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding concerns related to treatment, behavior modification or staff.
• Clinical Manager provides administrative support and scheduling help to assist with the caseload.
