Job summary

Delta-T Group North Jersey, Inc. is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team at Kaleidoscope ABA. This role offers a supportive work environment with competitive pay and flexibility.

As a BCBA, you will provide direct supervision to staff, managing a small caseload while consulting with families on treatment plans. This position requires experience with special needs and behavioral intervention strategies, and offers numerous benefits, including a potential incentive bonus of up to $6000 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with special needs.
• Knowledge of behavior modification ethics, laws, and strategies.
• Ability to engage in physical activities related to the job.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide consultation to families regarding treatment concerns.
