Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Hamilton, NJ to deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.

You will regularly review data from sessions with staff and families, interpret results, and modify individualized treatment plans. The role involves coordinating with families, supervising staff, and ensuring ethical ABA practices in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Full-time Monday–Friday with no weekends or late nights.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children or individuals with special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and ABA ethics/regulations.
• Proficient in Office 365; familiarity with ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data, interpret results, and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide supervision through staff meetings and family consultations.
• Collaborate with families on treatment concerns and staff guidance.
