Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a BCBA to deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload in Chelmsford, MA. You will review data, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with families.

Qualifications

• Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
• Proficient with Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Regularly review session data with staff and families, interpret results, and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide supervision through meetings with staff and families.
